Cleaning Services Agreement

  1. We strive to provide the most professional cleaning services. All the professionals are insured and trained thoroughly in the efficient use of all cleaning products and equipment
  2. We ask that you provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. Should you desire for us to provide our cleaning products or equipment, please inform our office prior to the scheduled job. We guarantee that all of our staff will not spend personal time while on duty such as smoking, having personal phone or text conversation or having personal use of the appliances in any establishment they are cleaning.
  3. We will arrive on the day scheduled as ordered in agreement; however Al Allam Cleaning W.L.L reserves the right to delay services should we encounter unavoidable events.
  4. We are providing our top quality maid services for families. We have the right to deny our services to bachelors for security purposes.

Our Guarantee to you

We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason something does note meet your approval please inform our office within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to have the problem corrected, at no additional cost. We guarantee to have your concerns addressed within 24 hours. All calls and appointmnents will be scheduled during business hours only. Al Allam Cleaning W.L.L. will only guarantee work that was completed and paid for by the client.

Quality is our TOP priority! We ensure every team are well supervised and guarantee that all jobs are done to your satisfaction. We perform periodic checks while the teams are cleaning and ensure that each staff signs off on “Check sheet�? after each job.



Payment

Our Fees are to be paid by a dated check or cash at the beginning of the contract or on the first day upon the effectivity of each contract.



Holidays

We do not provide services on the official holidays namely Eid Al-Fitr, Eid-Al-Adha and national day. We will contact you approximately one month ahead of time to arrange an alternate day for that week if your preferred cleaning day falls on a holiday. During those weeks our schedule is very full; you may wish to contact our office 6-8 weeks ahead of time to reschedule your cleaning.
